The right people for the job

Recent projects

Allround Plumbing Services is able to provide a range of services, that provides both quality workmanship and value for money.

Social regeneration works

Our work experience includes working on the Solihull regeneration project, Bromford Housing Kitchens and Bathrooms, Banbury regeneration (Decent Homes), Wolverhampton Decent Homes and Walsall Housing Group's regeneration programme. This work has involved the renovation of occupied and void properties and although we predominately deliver plumbing and gas services we have also carried out works, including plastering, decoration, kitchen fitting, tiling, floor laying and all woodwork required.

Disabled adaptations

We are also heavily involved in the more specialised field of disability adaptations to bathrooms and kitchens in the regeneration programmes, we have been involved in. We also provide adaptations for care organisations and for private individuals. This involves works to widening of doorways, low level kitchens, complete wet room bathrooms, which can comprise of wet floors with pumps, walk in shower trays and all the previously mentioned.

Commercial works

On top of working in social housing and care homes, we have also been involved in commercial works, which includes the interior works of the Get In Shape gymnasiums. This included all plumbing works and fitting of toilets, basins and showers, the fitting of an unvented water system, the construction of cubicles, tiling, non slip sheet flooring and decoration. More recently we have worked on the plumbing refurbishments of the toilets at Alcester High School Warwickshire and Brickhouse Primary Rowley Regis, the plumbing works and bathrooms in the conversion of Clevedon Hall Bristol, to an events facility and the plumbing works for Sandwell MBC in the conversion of factory units to a training facility.

Community projects

We understand that the communities in which we work, also need support and take our community responsibilities seriously. We have recently been involved in a community project organised by the Black Country Construction Excellence Club for a severely disabled person in Walsall. Along with other local contractors and organisations who donated their time and materials, we were actively involved in this worthy cause, which could not be funded through other sources. The project was a great success and the refurbishments made, have significantly improved the recipient’s standards of living.
